Bryce Morgan [Pastor (Elder)]
Originally from California, Bryce has spent most of his life in the Valley of the Sun. A graduate of Horizon High School and Arizona State University, Bryce went on to complete a two-year pastoral apprenticeship and a two-year pastoral internship at Camelback Bible Church in Paradise Valley before becoming Pastor of Young Adults from 2002 to 2005. He has been lead pastor of Way of Grace since its beginnings in 2005. Bryce and his wife Anita live in the Sundance neighborhood and were married in 1996. They have three children.
Steve Bales [Elder (Pastor)]
Steve is a native of Arizona and a native of Buckeye. His family has deep roots in our community, stretching all the way back to the late 1800's. A graduate of Buckeye Union High School and the University of Arizona, Steve has been actively involved in issues that matter to the farming community, as well as in-town endeavors. Steve was baptized at the Community Church of Buckeye. From his youth, Steve has been committed to the local church, teaching children and serving previously as an elder at Orangewood Nazarene in Glendale. Steve and his wife Sidney were married in 1984 and have three children and one grand-daughter.
Roy Rose [Elder (Pastor)]
Roy is a native of Michigan who moved to Arizona in the Fall of 2006. A self-described “refugee of the automotive industry in Detroit”, Roy now works for a family-owned and operated independent insurance agency as a Bond Account Representative to the construction industry (trivia tidbit: Roy is a few credits shy of graduating from Northwood University, and does plan to complete his degree some day). He was raised in the Free Methodist church and came to a saving faith in Christ during a meeting with his childhood pastor. While living in the Valley of the Sun for a short 18 months, he was baptized in 1987 at North Phoenix Baptist Church. Roy and his wife Debbie were married in 1988 and have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
